Village: Age 11

The first Village was held in 1951, and is a unique four week international camp. Delegates to this multilingual and multicultural experience participate in a mix of educational, cultural and sporting activities, which emphasize cooperative global and intercultural living. The Village program creates a safe, fun setting in which your child will learn with children from around the world about each others’ lives and cultures and how to communicate, cooperate, and live together. The learning experiences and the friendships made will last your child a lifetime.

Villages are made up of delegations from 10-12 countries. Each delegation comprises 2 boys and 2 girls with a 21+ adult leader. The camp is coordinated by an adult staff supported by junior counsellors aged 16-17.
