A Cookie-a-WHAT???

February means COOKIE-A-THON in CISV Saskatoon. That means we will bake cookies marathon style during our February mini camp.

Cookie-a-thons have been a CISV junior branch tradition for as far back as we can remember. CISV Chapters all over the world bake cookies in a friendly competition against each other. Traditionally the cookies baked are donated to an organization like the crisis nursery or Egadz. Last year the cookies we baked were donated to the CISV Against the Flow Step Up hosted in Rosthern Saskatchewan. Some chapters have changed it up a bit for example CISV Calgary has an annual Sandwich-a-thon.

This years cookie-a-thon for CISV Saskatoon will take place during our February mini camp Feb. 26. 27,28 in the awesome kitchen at Beaver Creek Camp, campers will work together and learn from each other on how to make the perfect cookie. Then we will mass produce!

Last year we baked 1288 cookies, are you up to the challenge?
